Dempster does his best Harry CarayI want Mike Quade's hairless cueball head on a stick. This whole year has been an embarassment. One of those nightmares where you yell and scream but you can't move and nobody hears you. The Cubs are about to lose one of their biggest fans in the history of Cub-dome and it's like they are doing anything they can to continually screw me over. Wether its losing games or not covering over-unders...this team couldn't be playing this year out any worse if they tried. The whole thing seems to bother nobody in the organization except the guy that is mentally unstable anyway, and now they are trying to have extra curricular fun with it? Makes me sick to my stomach, Harry Caray would be rolling over in his grave and vomiting, only not from Budweiser this time. I'm not going to even attend a game this year for the first time in over a decade until I see two things. A TEN GAME WINNING STREAK, AND MIKE QUADE'S HEAD ON A STICK...AND/OR FIRED. OK...maybe three things.

Dempster does his best Harry CarayNot sure I would be having as much fun especially being 12 games out with the boat taking on massive amounts of water. Win a few games first then maybe....until then go out and pitch up to the cubs expectations based on your salary, otherwise the jay Leno show is looking for new comedians

Dempster does his best Harry CarayThey ought to have Dempster do this line up every Cubs game along with doing the "Take me Out to the Ball Game" tune in the 7th inning stretch at all Cubs Home Games too with this impersonation. That would be the only way this clown could draw any fans. As a pitcher he stinks.

Dempster does his best Harry CarayClearly you can't read. I don't mind having clowns and goof balls on the team...but I'm not paying a guy $13m to be a clown with a 6 ERA and my team in 2nd to last place in the majors. The Cubs are a joke and this is evidence of it. Any fan that actually cares about their team would much rather have them win than doing a comedic impersonation, no matter how famous the person is.
And in case you don't think I know what I'm talking about, I lived through the comedy that was the Phillies for the 15 or so odd years that they sucked...and on top of it, I live in KC with the Royals who haven't won anything in 25 years. I'd take a Phillies World Series over an Harry Kalas impersonation, any day. |

Dempster does his best Harry CarayHey topofpile, you must not know anything about baseball at all. Every team no matter the record has clowns on their roster. Go buy a ticket and attend a game. While you are there go sit by the bullpen for a while a just watch some of the stuff that goes on in there. That's the way the game is, always has been, and hopefully will continue to be. Also, if you were to watch a Fox Saturday baseball game you would see that the lineups for both teams are typically introduced by a member of each teams roster. Lighten up man. Life's too short to be so uptight. |

Dempster does his best Harry CarayIts not the issue that he is doing it, but the fact that
A)His ERA is sky high B)He is paid an 8-figure salary C)The Cubs are the laughing stock of the National League Yes its funny, but clearly he and the organization have their priorities way off base. I'd rather have a pitcher and organization that can win than a group of clowns like the Cubs (Dempster, Z, etc.) have. |

Dempster does his best Harry CarayWow, I can't believe people are ripping on him for doing this 1 minute impersonation. Work on his pitching? What should he be doing in that minute that would solve his issues?
