Earlier this week, there was some discussion that Phillies shortstop Jimmy Rollins might hit the disabled list. General manager Ruben Amaro wanted to see how Rollins' deep bone bruise healed, and apparently he's either been satisfied or convinced by Rollins, who said, "if I go on the DL, it's because they made a bad decision." Seeing Thursday evening's Phillies lineup for their game against the Cubs had to be nice for Rollins, as he's in it (Matt Gelb via Twitter). Thus, no trip to the DL.

Rollins, 32, is hitting .268 with 32 runs, 14 stolen bases and a .340 on-base percentage.
