Remember last season when the Washington Nationals came out with uniforms that spelled the team name "Natinals?" Well, they've done it again. This time, a starting pitcher's last name was botched on a video board for Nationals' opening day.
John Lannan -- aka John Lannon, evidently -- has been with the Nationals since 2007, but still found his name misspelled by the home team Thursday. (via Big League Stew ... and D.C. Sports Bog )
I'd guess this won't happen again anytime soon. Of course, we could have said the same last season.
